Gym406 has fielded a boy's competitive team since 1979 and continues to provide competitive opportunities for boys ages 6 and up. Gym406 competes boys levels 3 through 10 and Xcel and offers the only boys competitive program in Helena. Over the years, Gym406 has qualified several boys to the USA Gymnastics National Championships. Most competitions are within Montana but we do at times travel out of state. We follow the USA Gymnastics guidelines for compulsory and optional levels.

 

To become a member of the Gym406 team you must have completed a Level 2 boys gymnastics class and received the permission of our coaching staff. The boy's team practice 2-4 days a week for 2-3 hours per day.

 

Fees are based upon the numbers of days attending and the level at which you compete. Gym406 uses an inclusive fee structure which includes training, competition, coaches travel and organizational fees all in one. Current team workout schedules and fees are communicated during the annual parent meeting and on the GroupMe team communication app.
